The MotivX application is published and operated by Levora Labs LLC ("Levora Labs", "we", "us"), the data controller for the personal data described below.

Payment data
Payments and subscriptions are handled by secure third-party providers (Apple App Store and our payment processor). We do not have access to your full payment card details and do not store them.

4. Artificial Intelligence
MotivX uses artificial intelligence technologies to personalize your motivation experience. Content may be processed by an AI provider solely for the purpose of delivering the service. Such processing is governed by contractual obligations.
5. Data Sharing and Sub-processors
We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers strictly to operate the service:
- Cloud hosting and database infrastructure;
- Payment processor and Apple App Store (subscription management);
- AI provider (motivation features);
- Diagnostic and security tools.
These providers act as data processors and are contractually bound to protect your data. Where data is transferred outside the United States or the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards are in place.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide the service. Upon account deletion, your personal data is erased or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe, except where legal obligations require longer retention (e.g., billing records).
