1. Purpose

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the MotivX mobile application ("Application", "Service"), published by Levora Labs LLC. By creating an account or using the Application, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Description of the Service

MotivX is a personal motivation application available on iOS. It helps you stay motivated and take action toward your personal goals through personalized support and progress tracking. MotivX is a personal motivation and development tool.

Important: MotivX is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service. It does not provide diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. If you are experiencing difficulties, please consult a qualified professional.

3. User Account

Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription, Free Trial, and Payment

MotivX may offer a limited free tier and a paid Premium subscription.
The price, duration of any free trial, and renewal terms are clearly displayed before any purchase within the Application.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Unless cancelled, the subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Refund conditions for purchases made through the App Store are governed by Apple's policies. For any request, refer to Apple's procedures or contact us at contact@motivx.app.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Application lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you must not:

attempt to circumvent security measures or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
use the Application for illegal or harmful purposes;
copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

The Application, its brand, design, content, and technology are the exclusive property of Levora Labs LLC and are protected by applicable laws. No license or right is granted beyond personal use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

MotivX is a support tool. We make every effort to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee specific results. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and actions. To the extent permitted by law, Levora Labs LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the Service.

9. Availability and Updates

We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, particularly for maintenance or improvement. We endeavor to minimize any interruption.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated. In the event of a significant change, you will be notified through the Application or this website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
